Due to the recent incident, Wang Zili's heart bypass surgery, which he had done previously, relapsed, and he was rushed to the hospital. Coincidentally, it was Qin Yunsheng who took charge of his case. Wang Zili insisted that the production team provide him with an explanation. Qin Yunsheng asked Du Huixuan and the others to leave, staying behind to inquire about Wang Zili's condition. Liu Peter seemed to lean towards blaming Su Ying for the issue, but Du Huixuan disagreed. Liu Peter suggested that Du Huixuan and the team should apologize to the sponsor. When discussing it with Yang Zhengwen, Liu Peter implied that Su Ying should apologize, which Yang Zhengwen was not happy about. He believed that they were shifting the responsibility onto a single person, which he felt was not taking responsibility. This led to doubts about whether or not the sponsor should continue their support. Liu Peter quickly changed his stance after hearing this and Yang Zhengwen advocated for following a legal process to minimize losses. Liu Peter was pleased with this suggestion, and Yang Zhengwen promised to fully support Su Ying's new plan, leading to an awkward thank-you from Su Ying.

Su Ziyang sternly reprimanded his assistant for changing the glass thickness without permission. Su Ziyang wanted the assistant to shift all the blame onto Su Ying's side, but the assistant disagreed. Su Ziyang angrily yelled at her, and the assistant left. Su Ying was in the middle of coordinating for the new plan, but it was progressing slowly due to the unique materials. Du Huixuan watched the video repeatedly to find clues. Xu Mingshi joined her, noticed her yawning, and suggested that she should rest for a while while he takes a look. Du Huixuan agreed. Xu Mingshi discovered a new clue and wanted to tell Du Huixuan, but when he saw her peaceful sleeping face, he remained silent. He covered her with a blanket and, while looking at her serene sleeping expression, remembered her past encouragement to him.

Qin Yunsheng informed Wang Zili that all his health check results were normal, and he could be discharged today. However, Wang Zili, upon hearing this, refused to leave and even considered causing more trouble for the show by requesting another heart bypass surgery. Qin Yunsheng deliberately mentioned the potential side effects of a new surgery, which immediately made Wang Zili anxious. Wang Zili then asked Qin Yunsheng to perform the surgery, but Qin Yunsheng claimed that he had just returned to the field after six years and was hesitant. He jokingly told Wang Zili to think it over and let him know later.

Yang Zhengwen visited Su Ying, stating that he was passing by and remembered that she was worried about adjusting the glass color. Just as he arrived, Qin Yunsheng appeared. Upon hearing Su Ying and Yang Zhengwen's conversation, Qin Yunsheng felt a bit uneasy. After Yang Zhengwen left, Qin Yunsheng informed Su Ying about Wang Zili's fake illness, leaving her speechless. In the evening, Qin Yunsheng went to Hai Ge's place. Hai Ge and Zhang Yisen teased him about his feelings for Su Ying, asking when he would confess. Qin Yunsheng responded that it wasn't the right time yet.

The next day, Su Ying presented the new plan to Wang Zili. He was pleased to hear that it wouldn't increase the budget. Under Qin Yunsheng's and others' persuasion, he finally agreed to sign the agreement. Su Ziyang tried to confess something to Su Ying, but he was interrupted by Su Ziyang's arrival. His assistant didn't dare to speak anymore and left. In their meeting, Liu Peter insisted on thoroughly investigating who was responsible. Su Ying and Su Ziyang argued, each holding their own version of events. However, the fact that Su Ziyang had property management remove the glass early put them in a disadvantaged position. Yang Zhengwen arrived, and Su Ziyang shifted the blame onto Su Ying. Yang Zhengwen had his subordinate distribute the shipping records from the building materials market, which proved that the issue was on Su Ziyang's side. After the meeting, Su Ying thanked Yang Zhengwen, and he gave her his business card, to which she could only agree. Su Ying and Qin Yunsheng worked on painting the glass house model. Qin Yunsheng had originally intended to confess his feelings to Su Ying but, to his surprise, Su Ying first confessed about her relationship with Yang Zhengwen, leaving Qin Yunsheng in shock.

A new episode of the program aired, receiving very high ratings, which made Su Ying very happy. Qin Yunsheng sent her a congratulatory text message and invited her to celebrate that night, which she agreed to.

Qin Yunsheng shared the situation from that day with Hai Ge and others, mentioning his intention to give the T-shirt to Su Ying. Zhang Yisen and others supported the idea of giving them couple T-shirts, providing encouragement to Qin Yunsheng. When Su Ying arrived, Qin Yunsheng gave her the T-shirt, stating that it was just a charity event T-shirt. Su Ying happily went to change, and Zhang Yisen was puzzled by Qin Yunsheng's decision. Qin Yunsheng emphasized that gifts shouldn't be given carelessly.

Yang Zhengwen asked the production team why Su Ying wasn't participating in the subsequent program. Du Huixuan explained that Su Ying was currently preparing for a charity event. Yang Zhengwen informed them that the sponsor would reevaluate their support for the show, which was approved by Liu Peter.

Su Ying and Qin Yunsheng were having a sweet chat during the charity event when Yang Zhengwen arrived with his dog. Su Ying was delighted to see the familiar dog, and Yang Zhengwen appeared familiar with her. Qin Yunsheng's smile froze, and a subtle rivalry began between them.
