Liu Changfeng, realizing that Wang Jin was fully occupied with the road construction, decided to create trouble for Jinlan Pavilion. He arranged for people to cause a disturbance. Li Lan could tell that these troublemakers were clearly following someone's orders. She quickly dispatched people from the restaurant to the construction site to find Wang Jin.
