Zheng Xueer couldn't understand why Zhang Chi, whom she trusted the most, would betray her. She questioned him with sadness, and Zhang Chi looked remorseful, not knowing how to answer Zheng Xueer. Taking advantage of having the incriminating video, Song Haotian arrogantly threatened to sue Zheng Xueer for infidelity, aiming to leave her with nothing. Zheng Xueer couldn't understand why she was repeatedly hurt by Song Haotian, Mi Lili, and Zhang Chi, despite having no malicious intent. She became furious, slapped Mi Lili in the face, mocking her for being a third party. Then she fought with Song Haotian, and during the struggle, Song Haotian accidentally pushed Zheng Xueer into the corner of a table, causing her to faint on the spot.
At first, Zhang Chi also wanted to help Zheng Xueer, but he had already made mistakes and was involved in the death of Zheng Xueer's mother. As a result, Song Haotian had him under control, forcing him to act as his informant to spy on Zheng Xueer. That day, Zhang Chi intentionally put sleeping pills in a drink. While Zheng Xueer was asleep, he quietly entered her room, held her while she slept, and recorded everything. This became the evidence Song Haotian used to accuse Zheng Xueer of infidelity.
Zheng Xueer was taken to the hospital, and the doctors predicted that even if she woke up, she would be in a vegetative state. This made Song Haotian somewhat regretful, but Mi Lili saw it as a good thing because Song Haotian hadn't divorced Zheng Xueer yet, so the house and money would still belong to him. With a little encouragement from Mi Lili, Song Haotian also saw it as a great opportunity, and the two of them celebrated with drinks.
Mi Lili intentionally recorded a video, pretending to be pitiful and claiming that she would take care of Zheng Xueer for the rest of her life. However, when she turned around, she saw Zheng Xueer staring at her with wide eyes.
