When Chen Jiajun and his sister Su Tian were young, they were sent to an orphanage. After being adopted, Chen Jiajun lost contact with Su Tian and has been searching for her ever since. He later learned that on the day of the car accident, Su Tian and Min Hui had a quarrel while on the same carriage. Suspecting that his sister was murdered, Chen Jiajun ran to Min Hui's house to question her about his sister's cause of death. After hearing Chen Jiajun's words, Xin Qi also looked at Min Hui with suspicion. Min Hui was very sad and asked Xin Qi if he suspected her.

When Cao Mu saw the photo on Chen Jiajun's table, she found out that he was Su Tian's younger brother and hurriedly went to find Min Hui to tell her. When she arrived, she heard Min Hui's words and angrily pulled her behind her and scolded Xin Qi.

Min Hui did not want to be misunderstood as the one who killed Su Tian and planned to prove her innocence. So she brought Xin Qi and Chen Jiajun to the scene of the accident in Shiquan town.

Yao Zizhu found Zhou Ruji's address through her own connections and prepared ingredients to go to his house for a meal. Upon receiving Cao Mu's call, no one was available to take care of Quanquan, so Zhou Ruji immediately prepared to go to Min Hui's house to take care of him. Yao Zizhu also went with him.

Xin Qi has been keeping the photos from the car accident. Min Hui used those photos to find the passengers who were on the same carriage with her at the time, who acted as her eyewitness.

Quanquan liked Yao Zizhu very much and thought her dance was also good. When Yao Zizhu and Zhou Ruji took Quanquan home together, he told Zhou Ruji to cherish her.

Min Hui, Xin Qi, and Chen Jiajun found the eyewitness and learned about the scene of the accident. The out-of-control bus crashed into the embankment and chaos ensued. Su Tian fell down, and Min Hui rushed to grab her, but in her desperation, she was pulled down from the bus by the eyewitness. At that moment, the bus rolled down the embankment, and everyone on board, including Su Tian, died. Su Tian could have survived, but in order to pick up her younger brother's photo on the floor, she missed the best escape time.

Chen Jiajun, who learned about his sister's cause of death, couldn't help but cry and apologized to Min Hui. Min Hui couldn't bear to see him so heartbroken and offered to be his sister if he wanted.

That evening, Yao Zizhu learned that Zhou Ruji had someone he had always liked, and it was Min Hui. She felt sad, but on the way back, she heard the taxi driver say "When women pursue men, a barrier is put up", which reignited her pursuit of Zhou Ruji, and she decided to continue pursuing him.

Now that the car accident has been cleared up, Min Hui, who was cleared of suspicion, left the hotel early in the morning. Xin Qi and Chen Jiajun wanted to know about Su Tian's experiences in the welfare home over the years, so they went to the welfare home to inquire with the director. When the director saw them and understood their intentions, he realized that Xin Qi had been donating money to the welfare home all these years, so he told them about Su Tian and even mentioned that a girl came to inquire about her that morning. After hearing this, Xin Qi immediately understood that Min Hui had also come that morning and went to find her.
