The Marriage Pavilion's young immortal, Xiangyun, had just auctioned the love story between the War God Chu Kong and the Dragon Clan Princess Yingshi with the Nuwa Stone. However, the Nuwa Stone was lost in the chaos caused by the Mo Luo Tribe's attack on the Heavenly Realm before it could warm up. Xiangyun was in danger but was saved by Chu Kong. A divine prophecy was delivered, foretelling the imminent rebirth of the Cang Hai Clan.

For the past thirty thousand years, Chu Kong had faced various tribulations, yet he hadn't been able to recover his original spiritual form, and the tribulation of love had yet to be experienced. The Divine Lord Haoxuan ordered the Marriage Pavilion to handle this matter. Xiangyun intended to use the ancient red thread to bind Yingshi and Chu Kong together, but due to an unexpected turn of events, she ended up being bound to Chu Kong instead.
