The opening ceremony officially began, and Jiang Xueqiong gave a passionate speech. She welcomed the guests to the first exhibition of "Manman Art Gallery" and briefly explained the origin of the name "Manman."

Fu Jiamin's fiancée, Mi Mi, wanted to see Huang Yimei, but due to her daughter Fang Taichu’s fever, Huang Yimei couldn’t attend the gallery. Mi Mi felt regretful. Fu Jiaming, curious about Huang Yimei and the gallery, also attended the opening ceremony but was disappointed by her absence. Aimlessly wandering around, he saw a piano under a painting. He sat down and played a piece, causing the storage cabinet door to open. To his surprise, the piano strings acted as the password to open the cabinet, revealing a keychain inside.

Fu Jiaming used the keychain to open an attic, where he found an unfinished painting. The setting sun shone through the attic window, illuminating the painting. Fu Jiaming realized the painting was by Huang Yimei. Zhuang Guodong sent a large flower basket to the gallery. Huang Yimei texted him to express her gratitude. Zhuang Guodong, who was leaving for France next week, bid her farewell over the phone, saying he could stay in Beijing if she agreed to start over with him. Huang Yimei wished him a safe journey, and Zhuang Guodong, realizing she couldn't be persuaded, gave up hope completely.

Zhuang Taiwen advised Zhuang Guodong to let go of Huang Yimei and start a new relationship, but Zhuang Guodong couldn't move on. Huang Yimei received a call from Fu Jiamin, informing her that Fu Jiaming had not only obtained the attic key but also altered her painting. Huang Yimei immediately took a taxi to the gallery.

Fu Jiaming returned to the gallery and used the key to open the attic, rearranging the studio. By the time Huang Yimei arrived, Fu Jiaming had already left. She inadvertently triggered the wall speakers by taking a shell off the easel, bringing her painting to life. The sound of crashing waves and soaring seagulls, accompanied by rock music, made Huang Yimei dance.

Deeply impressed by Fu Jiaming's design, Huang Yimei couldn't wait to meet him. She called Fu Jiamin and learned that Fu Jiaming was performing at a bar with his band. She hurried over. Fu Jiaming, lost in his performance, received applause from the audience, including a dancing Huang Yimei. He immediately recognized her.

After the performance, Huang Yimei approached Fu Jiaming on stage. They hit it off immediately, feeling as if they had known each other for a long time. Hungry, Huang Yimei mentioned she hadn’t eaten, so Fu Jiaming took her to his studio and cooked her a bowl of hometown-style noodles. While enjoying the meal, Huang Yimei toured the room and discovered that Fu Jiaming had composed for many films. He played a piece on the piano for her, and she was so entranced that she forgot to eat, staring at him in a daze.

Suddenly, an alarm went off, reminding Fu Jiaming to take his medication. Huang Yimei accidentally saw him taking Viagra, misunderstood his intentions, and left angrily. Fu Jiaming followed her, trying to explain, but twisted his ankle on the stairs and could only watch as she left.

Su Gengsheng’s mother came to Beijing and, finding Su Gengsheng away on a business trip, called Huang Zhenhua. He rushed home from a meeting to meet her. As Su Gengsheng’s mother hadn’t informed her daughter in advance, she stopped Huang Zhenhua from calling her and instead, he took her out for a meal.

Fu Jiaming called Huang Yimei to explain the misunderstanding, but she didn't want to listen and turned off her phone. Huang Zhenhua treated Su Gengsheng’s mother to a meal and booked her a hotel room. She demanded a dowry of 200,000 yuan from him, claiming it was the minimum required by their hometown customs. Huang Zhenhua readily agreed.

Huang Yimei ran into Fu Jiaming when picking up Fang Taichu from kindergarten. Mistaking him for a stalker, she called him a pervert. Fu Jiaming laughed at her for having such dirty thoughts and explained that Viagra was prescribed for his heart condition, not what she thought. Huang Yimei didn’t believe him and hurled insults, leaving Fu Jiaming speechless with anger.

A teacher suddenly called Huang Yimei to the classroom, with Fu Jiaming following. Fang Taichu was upset over the death of her rabbit, Taotao. When Fu Jiaming said something that made her cry harder, the teacher and Huang Yimei’s attempts to comfort her were futile. Fu Jiaming quickly bought a birthday cake and suggested that Fang Taichu eat it to say goodbye to Taotao. She smiled through her tears. Huang Yimei and Fu Jiaming shared the cake with her.
