Their Wonderful Time Episode 13 Recap
> Their Wonderful Time Recap
The game was about to enter its beta testing phase, and Song Lingling was feeling extremely nervous. To help her relax, Xiao Ran specifically instructed Sister Qi to keep an eye on her and prevent her from working overtime. After the lessons learned from the last press conference, Xiao Ran remained highly vigilant about this beta test.
He was aware that someone might try to cause trouble, so before the beta test, he took a leave of absence and handed all responsibilities over to Lin Jiao. Lin Jiao reviewed the list of beta testers and noticed that David was among them. He called Shen Xiangyu over, asking her not to interfere.
Shen Xiangyu once again expressed her desire to help Lin Jiao, saying she wanted everyone to see Lin Jiao's value and not let his brilliance be overshadowed by Xiao Ran's. Lin Jiao told her to abandon this idea because this game was of great significance to Shan Hai Group. Lin Jiao then found Xiao Ran and submitted his resignation.
He was straightforward, saying he knew Xiao Ran was suspicious of him, which was why he deliberately skipped the board meeting before the game’s launch. While they were talking, Song Lingling suddenly burst in, announcing that the beta test had failed. Xiao Ran comforted her, telling her not to worry, that no matter what problems arose, there would always be a solution.
Shan Hai Group held a board meeting, and due to the beta test failure, some directors began to question Blue Glory’s ability to resolve issues, even suggesting that Xiao Ran should hire a different company. After the board meeting, Lin Jiao asked Xiao Ran to take this opportunity to dismiss him to restore the company’s credibility.
Even though Chen and Li had been arrested, the situation at the board meeting suggested that there were still many people like them within the company. Xiao Ran admitted that he did indeed harbor doubts about Lin Jiao. His decision to let Lin Jiao manage Shan Hai Group was partly to test him. However, he had more trust in his brother than suspicion.
Now that the game had encountered problems, although Lin Jiao’s proposed solutions would be beneficial to him, Xiao Ran felt it was unfair for his brother to take the blame for the failure. It would be too unjust for him. When Shen Xiangyu found out that Shan Hai Group’s game had run into problems again, she confronted David, asking if he had tampered with it. After David denied any involvement, Shen Xiangyu went to see Lin Jiao.
She told him that she knew a computer expert named Vic from abroad, and she believed that Vic could help Shan Hai Group resolve the issues with the beta test. She also wanted to give the credit to Lin Jiao, but he refused. As night fell, Blue Glory was still brightly lit as Song Lingling led the team in working overtime. She tried to persuade everyone to rest, but they insisted on staying with her.
One of the employees discovered the issue and quietly informed Song Lingling that the beta test failure was due to an insider, and that the mole was from within Shan Hai Group.
