Jia Fan got a makeover from Dong Xiaoru, then rode his electric scooter back to Modelling Road. In the parking lot, he saw President Ling resting alone in her car. She told him that he had a lot of interviews coming up, and letting him return to the company didn’t mean she agreed to anything—he had to keep his distance from Han Yijing while at work. Jia Fan’s return to Modelling Road made everyone happy.

Watching them all laughing and chatting together, even President Ling couldn’t help but smile. On her way back to the office after speaking with Wu Ming, President Ling suddenly collapsed due to lack of sleep and low blood sugar—her body was severely exhausted. At the hospital, the moment she woke up, she was already thinking about Jia Fan’s makeup trial and told Wu Ming to go check on it immediately.

Even Han Yijing couldn’t take it anymore and advised Xing Mo to find someone else—she wasn’t worth it.

President Ling went to Director Li to ask her to keep a secret. Although exposure might actually be good for her career, President Ling believed that compared to her career, she herself mattered more. Si Min approached President Ling to plead for Han Yijing and Jia Fan, bringing up Huang Jinde. President Ling said that true love must withstand doubts and trials, and told Si Min not to worry—she believed in them.

After filming, Jia Fan went to the training room to find Han Yijing. She was dancing in front of the mirror. Jia Fan admired her for a while before getting interrupted by a call from Si Min, who warned him to be careful around Huang Jinde. After hanging up, Jia Fan walked in and hugged Han Yijing, wanting to tell her about his condition. But before he could speak, Han Yijing brought up her leg.

With tears in her eyes, she asked Jia Fan if he would still love her if she had lasting effects and couldn’t work anymore. Jia Fan said he would take care of her—even if she couldn’t take care of herself, there was no need to be afraid, because he was there. Hearing this, Han Yijing looked at him through teary eyes and said, "If it were you, I’d be the same.

As long as I’m here, you’ll never need to be afraid. " Jia Fan looked down at her and softly called her name. Han Yijing smiled and answered, "I’m here. " Jia Fan kissed her deeply. The seafood shop’s business was booming thanks to Jia Fan. He was working hard to improve himself, and despite the busy filming schedule, he did great—Paniol kept nodding in approval.

While Xing Mo was playing basketball, You Ning was practicing acting in the air by herself. Her overly dramatic performance made Xing Mo unimpressed. You Ning begged him for guidance, so Xing Mo treated her like President Ling in a scene and gave an emotional performance, which left You Ning stunned. After his workout, Liao Jinyuan returned to the hotel and saw Wu Ming. They exchanged greetings and went their separate ways.

Liao Jinyuan then unexpectedly found a doctor’s business card on the table. Xing Mo decided to terminate his contract with Modelling Road. President Ling tried hard to persuade him to stay, but he had made up his mind, and she had no choice but to agree. Liao Jinyuan called Xing Mo to ask about Jia Fan. Xing Mo said that Jia Fan was Modelling Road’s next ace and was extremely busy.
