Gu Xiaoman has always been praising Jiao Yue, knowing well that Jiao Yue's parents prefer Nan Fei. Therefore, she wanted to break them up. Qi Jiayi also came back soon, and Gu Xiaoman quickly told her mother about her relationship with Jiao Yue, which made her mother believe that her daughter's luck had turned around. Gu Xiaoman deliberately spoke ill of Nan Fei, infuriating Qi Jiayi, who scolded Gu Xiaoman harshly. Nan Fei explained that she wanted Chen Po to recover quickly, but Shu Ting still berated her.
