Jiang Jia had just come out of the classroom when she saw a man wearing a hat sneaking out from a dark place. She quickly told the security guard about this strange incident. To her surprise, it turned out to be Gu Ran waiting for her at the school gate to walk home together. Gu Ran had been waiting for Jiang Jia at the school gate, as it was already dark, and he thought it wouldn't be safe for her to walk alone. Jiang Jia then shared the strange encounter with the man at school with Gu Ran, and their relationship seemed to be getting better.
After learning that Su Zaizai and Zhang Lurang both wanted to attend the same university, Lin Mao, the teacher, encouraged Su Zaizai to work hard, especially in math, where she needed improvement. Lin Mao also recommended Su Zaizai to take the separate admissions exam, considering her excellent English grades. Su Zaizai went to the same high school as Zhang Lurang and saw his photo on the display board. On the way home in the evening, Guan Fang learned from a neighbor that his grandmother had a fall and was sent to the hospital.
They rushed to the hospital and coincidentally met Gu Ran's mother, who informed Guan Fang about his grandmother's condition. With no adults at home, Guan Fang had to sign various agreements, and his hand couldn't stop trembling. Fortunately, the surgery was successful, and everyone breathed a sigh of relief.
